One Stop at the corner of East 14th and 84th Avenue has been in the Charles family for 45 years. In 1976, Leonard graduated college with a civil engineering degree and joined his father at One Stop to improve the efficiency of the store’s operations. When he married Chelsea, she joined the One Stop team, and recently she’s been passing out bikes and other gifts to neighborhood kids.
