Native San Franciscan is the operations manager for Saba Grocers Initiative. Njoube began their career in the food warehousing industry, and eventually gravitated to the produce industry. Njoube founded a produce delivery service in Tucson AZ, where they established systems to bring produce from small farmers in Arizona’s Santa Cruz County to Nogales Mexico to the community they served. Njoube brings extensive hands-on experience to Saba from warehousing, produce procurement to business owner-operator. Njoube holds a bachelor’s in economics and an MBA from Mills College.
